why is obito still fighting?

wasn't his plan since the beginning to become juubis jinchuuriki and cast moon eye plan?

now he just stays there waiting to be hit while he could just transport somewhere else and start his long waited mind control

I thought Madara stated earlier that it would take quite a bit of prep time... that's what I think anyway.

Has obito even exhibited the ability to use tsukyomi? Only sasuke, itachi, and madara are apparently able to use the 3 core MS skills (with sasuke, itachi, and madara favoring amaterasu, tsukyomi, and susano'o accordingly). Shishui and Obito each have a special power, and have never demonstrated the ability to use those 3 techniques
