Why is Obito so overrated?

I personally don't think obito is all the "strong" to be classified as top tier. He only has kumai and rinnegan which is fails horribly with. If he's so great and belongs in top tier why couldn't he capture naruto and bee? kill gai and kakashi? he had 6 jinchuuriki with rinnegan and sharingan and did absolutely nothing. People say kumai this kumai that ok really enough of that lame technique. Once you figure it out like, konan, kaskshi, shikaku, and now the entire ninja alliance knows about it what can he possibly do besides hide behind madara? people he'd beat top tier in a 1v1.....not likely with or w/o kumai and rinnegan. if he can't beat kakashi he can't beat anyone par with kakashi or high than him. Just how I feel about obito he sucks to me. So what makes him so powerful, top tier, top 3 of the uchiha? IMO madara itachi and sasuke stomps obito low-no dif

Imagine having Guy and Bee too.To be fair in both sides, Madara butt in that fight to so it wasn't 4 to 1.

Incorrect, for one he doesn't know how to use rinnegan why? because he sucks and second obito couldn't have won he was done if madara wouldnt have came to the rescue
