Why is obito saying that Kakashii killed rin?

If it is a zetsu then rin should've been alive right now. Also Obito knew that it is not a white zetsu.

Rin made Kakashi kill her, he didn't want to do so. She just jumped into Raikiri, as Obito explained a while ago
