Why is Obito not in the loop of reincarnation?

Does anybody else think that Obito should be somewhere in the Ootsutsuki loop of reincarnation?

Think about it:

He has showcased the idealism of both Indra and Ashura (as infinite tsukuyomi is essentially saying power over love and he perfectly acted as Madara, and Obito has also shown to be a lot like Naruto). This makes Obito almost a perfect balance between those two.

He did a lot of the work while Madara was dead before.

He was even a juubi jinchuuriki! That has got to count for something!

He and Kakashi had a Naruto Sasuke type relationship.

Obito's generation also seemingly got skipped over in the whole loop of destiny.

What do you guys think? Do you think Obito should have been somewhere in this loop? Perhaps Hamura?

Though,since madara was still alive the chakra still clung to him and since madara corrupted him ashura's chakra was then out of the question.

If obito turns out to be a transmigrant, i am dropping the series. THere needs to be at least one strong person who isnt another reincarnation of the same 4 people over and over again.
