Why is obito not able to deactive rinnegan and sharingan

Did anybody see Obito turn off his sharingan ??
I did not notice it
He have to be able to turn it off because it is
in his bloodline

-Madara is able to do it
-Sasuke
-Itachi

Cant turn off

-Obito
-kakashi
-Nagato


I understand from kakashi and nagato because its not theirs. and not in the bloodline

But obito ?? It is his own sharingan and rinnegan is final stage of sharingan
so why is he not able to do it ????

What do you guys think

i believe its because both kakashi and obito has 1 eye. it could take 2 eyes in order to deactivate. so if 1 is using it and someone else it'll be active the whole time. probably hince why kakashi's is covered so he doesn't use it. EDIT- same sharingan or rinnegan. not 2 different ones

He can but he probably has enough chakra reserves to the point where it doesn't affect him. Or the Senju dna.

Like I said in other thread, as far as we know maybe the only transplants that allows the user to deactivate their eyes are the MS->EMS ones, and it would be because both pair of eyes are somehow fused.

There's no other explanation I can come up with.

Of course he can turn his Sharingan off, but being partially made up of Hashi cells, his chakra levels will be much higher, so he doesn't ever need to turn it off. As for the Rinnegan, it's technically not his eye, it's Madara's, so he can't turn it off.

and with the rinnegan. uchihas could probably switch between each time. but not anyone else.

I don't think he can deactivate the rinnegan but he could with thte sharingan if he wanted to, he just chooses not to because it doesn't affect him. Itachi would always use his sharingan because 3 Tomoe never cost him much chakra.

Uh, about that I guess he just doesn't feel like deactivating it, it's not like Uchiha have chakra problems having base sharingan activated, his senju body might help him further on that aspect too.
