Why is obito and kabuto still considered top 10?

obito is untouchable character
but for kakahi,none technically can touch obito
obito has strongest defense in nv ,he is intangible and has best teleport in nv
obito is surly top 3 easily ,even without 6 jinchushruki but with them he is the strongest(i don't count them as his power)
kakashi is top 10
obito beats tusonade ,AY together,you can add some other kage too

Obito didn't solo them. They were all weak from fighting other people. Naruto and Bee from the tailed beasts and his six paths of pain, and Kakashi and guy from being IN A WAR. He had done nothing up until he started fighting naruto and bee.
