Great sealing technique, wasn't best timing though being that they were in front of an enemy that was notorious for being able to move through the ground.

Not the best idea, but still great technique.

But still, two shinobi in the entire world who know how to do one-handed seals, and one happens to be Kakashi's sensei and he still doesn't know about it? You would think Minato would be known specifically for that feat.

I doubt there are some jutsu that simply only use a single hand. In part 1 he reacted as if it was conceptually impossible. And this is the man who has copied over 1000 jutsu. I just find it strange.
Well don't forget Minato is known to be a genius. Him using 1 hand for a technique now means it's not his preferred method explaining why Kakashi never saw it.

But, as I've said. It's not just something to be casually pulled out. Two people in the world can do this, and nobody mentions it? Nobody is surprised?

Learning one-handed jutsu and not focusing exclusively on them, to me is the same as Tenten learning rasengan just in case she runs out of Kunai one day. :|

You can't just credit it to Minato being a genius. Otherwise there should be dozens of shinobi performing similar feats effortlessly. Haku is no more a genius than Neji, Itachi, Madara, Sasuke, Hashirama, Orochimaru, Kakashi... etc.

Well it has already happened there is not much else to say. Besides Minato didn't have any other option than to perform the seal with one hand. Maybe ninjutsu is the one that is more complex to use with 1 hand. Doesn't Minato and Tobirama already mark there opponents and objects with 1 hand using seals?

I don't think his seals require seals (lol). They're just manifestations of chakra I guess. Or he's so proficient at using them that he doesn't have to anymore. Like most ninjutsu in part 2.

For the most part it seems like Minato just poops the seals out it ass. I think it just goes to show that Minato has become a proficient user of sealing. 1 handed seals aren't a problem for him because maybe he didn't need to mold chakra to transfer over the nine tails. I'm just guessing btw but it would make more sense.

I love how Minato believed it conceptually impossible to seal the 100% Kyuubi (despite his wife having that exact seal minutes before) and yet he can just pop out a few one-handed seals and effortlessly give anyone the Yin Kyuubi like it's nothing. Haha. Makes sense, right?

The container(baby Naruto) was too small to contain the entire tailed beast, reason why he needed to seperate the yin with the shiki fujin before

You said you could care less, implying that you do, in fact care. That's language for ya.

Minato is an expert on Sealing Techs, why wouldn't he know this? It's not like Kakashi was around Minato 24/7.

It's not a plot hole, you just have to use common sense to get a logical answer.

-Sigh- As I mentioned multiple times, this isn't just an ability you learn for kicks and choose not to use until the situation calls for it. He is now one of two people who to ever use one-handed seals. Ever. Ever. And no one is questioning it, nor is he famous for it, nor has it been mentioned ever that he has this ability.

This isn't just a matter of learning a jutsu that happens to only use one hand. This is a near impossible skill in and of itself. Like choosing to use a Fireball with your feet.

If it were as easy as being smart, then everyone above Haku's level (which there are a shit load of) would be pulling out one-handed jutsu every day. But this is not the case, as Kakashi, copier of 1000 jutsu has never even seen such a feat.
