Why is naruto left eye a swirl in the last?

In the new spoiler, naruto left eye is still blue but it has a swirl pattern inside it? What is that?

thank you actually! This could've been confusing to some people. Remember the elder son has a spiral in those old pictures

I looked them up, they're actually a line called Petit Chara Land. It's the name of a line by toymaker Megahouse. Not all of their chibi sets have spiral eyes, tho. I think it's just to make them cute.

I don't know why I said Loppi. I think that might be a place where you can buy them. Like Lawson or something.
