Just because Kishi isn't writing it doesn't make it non canon that not the way it works, if its a manga continuation then it is indeed canon to the story.

Yet its written in the manga that there's more coming next spring :| Naruto's story finishes at chapter 700, seriously dude canon doesn't work the way some manga fans things it does. Its not about opinions or whether people believe it is or not, if its a manga continuation authorized by Kishimoto and his editor then it is indeed canon to the story.

No it doesn't. You're just assuming that.

1. Himawari obviously isn't at the age to attend the academy. So by default Hinata is going to be spending more time with her daughter.

2. Even if Hinata is or isn't paying attention to him. It isn't his mother who attention he wants. It's his father's.

3. It isn't even that Bolt's being neglected, he just believes his dad thinks the village is more important to him. Which is why he took the time to tell him that it isn't the case.
