There's something wrong with that poll...something I can't put my finger on.
But seriously yeah, he seems general normal Hokage level to me. Fairly good battle smarts and fair range of attacks, standard Hokage to me but people on this website seem to think that being fast or you being able to fly makes you unstoppable in 1-v-1s for some reason? Raikage is fast, almost died twice now. Lee was basically the Minato of Part 1, lost twice. Speed isn't everything.
I wouldn't even mind so much if Minato had more depth than a leaf. He has no personality and a sh*tty father :') Pretty strong for a Hokage, people need to shut up about him, he's really not such a big deal.
