Why is Madara young and not Old?

Somthing I might of overlooked while reading but did they ever explain why Madara is young when he was brought back with Edo Tensei and not a Old dude when he detached himself from the gedo mazo. If it brings back the person in their prime, why did it keep Hiruzen Sarutobi at the age he died and not his prime?

Kabuto brought back Madara in a state above his Prime and I'm guessing he had info about Pain's Human Path? (Is that what it was?)

So if Kabuto did somthing special to bring him back better than his prime, and Orochimaru didn't do the same to Hashirama because Hiruzen Sarutobi is still old, then did Hashirama die during the great battle between him and Madara?

Hashirama died long afterwards since in one of his (hashirama) flashbacks he met the other kages in a kage summit

LOL you all have me in pain laughing at these threads. Half of the bashing is unnecessary, yes, but it is very much entertaining I can say that. But to answer your question @deadboy Kabuto specifically modified Madara's Edo to make him better than he was in his prime.

Hiruzen was an old geezer when he fought Orochimaru and sealed the original 1st and 2nd Hokage Edos and Orochimaru's Arms with the Death Reaper Seal, remember Orochimaru undid the Death Reaper Seal to bring him and the other Kages back that was the condition they were in when they all got sealed away so thats why there Edos are in different stages of their lives.

Madara and Hashirama created the Hidden Leaf Village when they were young adults so that why Hashirama's Edo is relatively young.The 1st and 2nd Hokages were relatively young when they died. Hashirama died some years after his fight with Madara (but it wasn't a long time span) and Tobirama got killed in the 2nd Shinobi World War.
