I believe Kishi is portraying his thoughts through Madara. I feel Kishi believes that a plan like the moon's eye would be a relief.... a sort of liberation. I mean one canont deny a world where you always win is slightly tantalizing... It is Kishis idea anywho....meaning hes more than likely thought of how it would be in this reality for himself and others.

Though his grasp on reality is intact...I honestly believe Kishi has made Madara out to be his main alter ego. Or rather his alter ego...that mentality incorporated into the story. This is why I believe Madara is such an enigmatic character in Naruto. Of course all characters come from Kishi, but I believe Kishi sees Madara as how he'd like to be.

Yes the story is centered around young teens, but, Kishi is an elderly man his views and outlook on the world are no longer seen through a childs eyes. So I feel it's only natural that those thoughts would leak onto his work. When he writes about Madara he becomes him....or connects with him the most.

I believe Kishi does not at all want to destroy Madaras image or his character as a whole. I believe he sees Madara as his most perfect character so far. Just my idiotic prattling. XD
