[Theory] Why is madara so bad in everyone's eyes

I mean I know he is the villain but what he is trying to do is the same thing naruto nd jiraya want to do achieve piece remember madara only wants to put a genjutsu on people to make a World without conflict he might be bad but he is actually doing them a big favor that's why the manga is gonna end since there is gonna be no more conflict and no more fighting so no more need for jutsu that's what madara is going to do but I don't want it to end that way someone still has to become hokage believe it

But its a false world...... forced peace isn't real peace at all. Its just a dream conceived by a desperate and bitter old man living in a cave like a parasite pinning over his lose to Hashi. Don't forget Madara wants to make a world of winners....clearly his version would be a world were he doesn't lose to hashi.
