Why is Kishi racing through the war?

Not too long ago Kakashi was about to go on a rampage...Thats unfinished
One of the Gin/Kin brothers transformed into a mini kyubii then got sealed and the gourde stollen.
Anko and yamato are still missing...
Tobi was riding the huge summon monster and is now racing through a forest???

With all that being said, and im sure leaving many things out...but it feels like the war will be ending soon. But whats the rush?!?!

I totally get where you are coming from, I and others have made threads in the past on why this war bites (because of how things are paced and what not), however I understand now that, while this war would have been SOOO much better if it slowed down and covered everything, it would be so long that it would be the equivalent length of part 1 at the minimum. This war is one story arc; its not even finished yet -nor is the end in clear sight- and its almost 100 chapters long. If I were Kishi, after drawing 90 chapters of the side characters, I too would want to rush it and get into the real action of the war...

I don't know if kishi is really Rushing, nor do I think the war is near done, I would say maybe its about half way. We still have to see Sasuke come out and play, we have only seen him for a second in this war, and Im pretty sure Kishi is gonna wanna give him a fight or two before fighting naruto. Also I don't think Madara will lose to the five kages so if he doesn't that could make the war even longer because madara could free some of the Edo tensei'd people we haven't seen fight much like Deidara and Dan and there is a possibility that Suigetsu may still enter the war and fight his brother, After All Kakashi is busy fighting Zetsu's now and he said there were three shinobi left. Plus if Madara sticks around, somebody's gotta take him down, samething with Kabuto, and Tobi. We've got a minute

Kakashi's rampage will probably be covered in the anime. It'd be more exciting to see it in action, rather than reading it for 2 or 3 chapters.

Other battles may be covered in a similar way. I don't think Kishi wants to draw out a battle for very long. Gaara's ones are an exception because we got to see new characters' techs and stuff :D

As the dude previously said, covering everything in this war, in detail, going into all those flash backs, and talking scenes, letting tsunade meet dan, etc etc all of that would pretty much turn the arc into a entire part 1...... it would be that long... So kakashi's "rampage" had to happen off screen, kakuzu's defeat, off screen, alot of things off screen, it would take up too many manga pages,and anime eps

This is not trench warfare as in WWI, were both sides were stuck behind walls of dirt fighting for inches year after year. No, this is two armies moving at lightning speed at each other. One side has death people who do not need food, rest nor equipment repair, the other dose to expected Tobi/Kabuto side to take it easy as a conventional war is not logical, if you had on one side an army that did not need rest or sleep you be going all out to make your enemy quit from exhaustion too. This is not a normal war and to expected normal flow of war is not logical.

well it is a ninja war, and ninja battles arent like DBZ battles. The Ninja are only human afterall. I think the war has been going a a fine pace. Any slower and I would get tired of seeing old characters again. Most people have been looking forward to seeing either Tobi finally be revealed or Kabuto summoning The real Madara ever since he joined forces with Tobi. As for the giant Gedo monster. Its a summoning. Tobi can make it poof easily. Yamato is still inside the Hashirama thing and Anko is with Kabuto. I wouldnt mind speeding things up to where tobi is FINALLY revealed, after that, the manga can end however it wants cuz then I'll be satisfied. haha. "Who is behind Tobi;s mask?" Top manga mystery of all time, way to go Kishi
