Why is kishi makeing sasuke equal to naruto?

Current Naruto is greater than Sasuke (without help from Juugo).
However soon Kishi is going to upgrade Sasuke's Susanoo & give him some power-up & will make him even to Naruto.
That's the only way to keep these 2 rivals at equal stand.

The moment Sasuke starts to siphon his own chakra and give to a thousand people will be the moment him and Naruto are equal....

You know, Madara and Hashirama can't do that, but would you put them below Naruto? No you wouldn't. Having less chakra than someone does not make you any lower than them. Skill and power is what matters, and like it or not, they are equal there.
