Why is Kakashi a scale?

right now he is aganist tailed beasts with Gai and they are standing (yet) XD

So why is it s "weakness" sign if Kakashi cant be killed by other characters?

i don't consider him weak, just because he loses/ is the underdog of most of his fights.

he fought zabuza,itachi,deidara,kakuzu,pain,sasuke and tobi. none of them are pushovers, but most of them are stronger than he is so he appears weak by comparison.

being known and being known as like madara as two very different things he is good enough to be known but due to his poor stamina (as he isin't a real shiringan user) he just doesn't stand against the best in ninja world but if we see after jiraya passed away , tsunade and kakashi are the only two people known in other lands... so thats why..
