Why is Itachi so Overrated?

Why? Is it because:
-He has Totsuka Blade + Yata Mirror
-Susanoo and Amaterasu
-Extremely Intelligent in Battle
-Was said to have the mind of a Hokage at 7
-Became an ANBU at such a young age
-Was able to murder his parents
-Skilled in Genjutsu/Tsukuyomi

Idk, I just dont see why.
