Hiruzen prime? We dont know shit about it but he's shown nothin and we know nothing that suggest he can get out of itachi genjutsu of stop or beat suasnoo and sharingan only give itachi an edge.
Minato? Im not exactly sure how you think minato would for sure beat itachi unless "borderline" means your not sure and if it does minato shouldnt even be on the list. But everything i said for the 3rd applies to minato. Except minato will be extremely hard to catch with anything, but minato cant get through a suasnoo defense(that itachi will use if necessary) and with sharingan he can keep up with minato's base movements at least. Minato being legendary for FTG in the leaf and itachi being from the only means that itachi would know to watch out for the kunai. And in my opinion there both equally smart so it will be difficult for either to out smart the other.
Naruto? That T word genjutsu that i have no idea how to spell does 72 hours of damage in one or 2 seconds int the real world and perfect J word that i also dont know how to spell can be caught with it as sasuke showed us on killer bee. If sasuke wasnt so busy crying about his eye and knew what he was doin he could of done serious damage, which itachi will do to naruto. And with sharingan he can keep up with Naruto's speed, and with yata mirror he can block TBB.
Tobi? Come on tobi wouldnt even attack the leaf while itachi was alive, and the little rinnegan tec he's shown doesnt change him much. Tobi knew not to mess with itachi.
Kabuto? Itachi had no intention to kill and there's nothing to suggest that would beat itachi with the intent to kill. There really nothing to suggest that he would make it to sage mode. Itachi was waay better off then sasuke against the white sound jutsu, and using sasuke to get out of that genjutsu doesnt mean he couldnt of got out himself it may have just been the quickest way to do so. With sharingan once again he can keep up with kabuto's movements, amaterasu if kabuto turns to water, and i would easily put itachi's taijutsu over kabuto's. He probably could of kill kabuto with that sword instead of cutting off a horn if he wanted to, seeing how that slice had no intent to kill.
Madara? ehhh, madara if he uses his suasnoo i think itachi will win cause there's no denying that perfect suasnoo is big as **** and its not dodging totsuka blade. Not to mention Madara's cocky as shit and might let it hit him not knowing what it is. If you say he'll use the metor's then your obviously talking about edo madara the id expect you mean edo itachi too. Well madara can only use that because he's edo so they can both just stand there and do nothing and be unharmed. But the wood style would be itachi's down fall. I think itach have even chance against EMS madara.
Nagato? Well idk i think it would be a good fight, if anything itachi's brains would keep him in the fight but, with 8 summons running around and six paths in one body standing infront of you, im not sure itachi can manage all that. But if he wins itll be because he some how out smarted nagato.
The 1st? ehh with all that would style honestly i just think the first is gonna win this one, if itachi had comparable stamina he might be in there but with his stamina? Sorry itachi cant winn this one. The first just knows to much about sharingan.
