I don't really see how you fans can compare Itachi to the all-time greats. He just does not have enough power. In my opinion the Top Tier characters are:
Nagato
Tobi
Naruto
Hiruzen Prime
Madara
Hashirama
Minato(borderline)
Kabuto(without edo borderline)

Itachi just cannot defeat any of the characters listed above. Also Itachi never defeated any character of significance without a decent amount of help, along with his poor stamina I don't really see how he can make top tier.

hashirama:wins via bringer of darkness, but every jutsu has a weakness and i dnt see itachi just getting hit when he never has

minato: has 3 moves lol itachi has been hit so many times and its ALWAYS a clone...explosive clone=win

whether or not you like him he is top ten ninja any one would have a tough time beating itachi specially if he was healthy just with sussanoo and yata mirror not counting any other of his jutsu most ninja could beat him. i am not a big fan of his by any means but he is very smart,calm in battle ,and has some very powerful jutsus.

also he stomps minato only thing minato could do is maybe run from him he has no way of beating him in a fight. minato has shown toad summons ftg and rasengan he hasnt even shown an element that i am aware of and his resangan was crap next to narutos so what would he do to beat itachi?
