This is honestly the most fail observation of Itachi I have ever seen. First off lets look at Itachi as a kid. He obtained anbu at age 13 and not just anbu he was the captain. When you think of itachi you dont think of him in terms of his power and his ability to fight you think of him in terms of his thinking power. As a kid he was always above average which progressed into his teen years when he killed the whole clan (debateable if it was a colab or not). Being part of the akatsuki obviously proves his power. The akatsuki are none to just push around even though they were all defeated they were seen as the most powerful rouge ninja. Lets now look at Itachi in terms of battal skill. First off his sickness is a big Dis add. Even with his sickness his superior thinking power allowed him to beat tons of ninja regardless of his low stamina. The fight with sasuke would be the perfect example. He pushed himself to the very limit and at the very end still had susanoo active untill his death. an bad example of itachis power which you made was him versus kabuto. After itachi's death/revival by kabuto-maru his only goal was to teach not kill. When he fought kabuto he rarely stayed in susanoo regardless of his inf cha and stamina. His goal in that fight was to teach kabuto his wrongs and the right path not to kill. When you finally realise that Itachi is seen as great because of his superior brain then we can all take your list seriously. oh btw when you throw up threads as such you should at least give some detailed reason why rather than just leaving it wide open.

itachi is compared to top tiers because he has what a true shinobi has to be 1 of the top tiers.his coporation help stop kabuto and the edo tensei.those who were summoned from the death could have done something to stop the 1 controlling them but no1 took the risk.also itachi doesn't underestimate his opponent like the way some shinobis do.they say a power is powerful the rught person welds it and itachi is 1 of the right people.
fanboys calling itachi powerful are like me calling the almighty lee powerful.lee could beat anyone if he went reverse lotus,no weights, eight gates.but he never does it.itachi could beat anyone but lee as well.but he doesnt do it.
