u see we have seen minato say that he needs to be incontact or his chakra needs to be incontact to teleport rite

i have a doubt u see since evn minato kas kyuubi chakra rite ? so y coudnt he teleport to naruto's location he simply triedto teleport to obito's location 3 feet apart instead
