Why is it that some people don't believe in the holocaust?

I've met countless people with different opinions on the matter. Some say it never happened. Some say Hitler put them in concentration camps but they weren't killed and they were well fed even though we have evidence of the Nazi's atrocities. I seriously don't get it. Are people really in that much denial?

To many, its related to conspiracy theories and what not, so they dont believe it happened and believed the Jews staged this all so they can stand as head masters of the world, and to others, Hitler brutally murdered all the Jews he could find because he hated them for no justifiable reason, and there were evidence to prove this, so they believe it happened.

Trust me, there is a big number of people who believe and dont believe in it, so I dont think conspiracy theorists are people you should try and negotiate with since they firmly believe in what they read or hear.
But, same goes for those who believe its true, as to what if there is a conspiracy to make the Jews rule over all of us.


I dont stand by any side, an enemy of humanity is an enemy to all of us, but what we thought have happened and what happened in real life isnt necessarily documented in full truth.

So one day the whole world just decided to lie about the murder of millions of Jews? :| And there are also pictures of the starved dead bodies. I've been to multiple Holocaust museums. And saw old suit cases that belonged to Jews that was confiscated from them. And on top of that there are people who survived the Holocaust and they talk about their experiences about it. Anyone who doesn't believe in the Holocaust is a fking idiot. When I was in the 10th grade a holocaust survivor came to our school to talk about her experiences and she broke down crying in front of all of us saying that those memories were too painful. I even have a novel written by Ellie Wiesel, who talked about his experiences during the Holocaust losing his mother and sister, and finally his father. Is that proof enough?

I've met people who do the same thing in a traumatic situation or something relatively small, but they just pretend like it never happened.

Its sad but true. Theres some that actually do deny anything ever happened even though there images and actual eye witness stories plus theres still jewish folk that have the tattoo of their number.
