Why is it so easy for uchiha to take control of tailed beasts?

Anyone else find it strange that it is really easy for uchiha to control tailed beasts?

A prime example of this is 14 year old Obito taking control of kyuubi.

Only MS users can control it and it is bcoz of thire blessed powers and Obito is able to tame Kyubi that easily bcoz he had the power of Hashirama......

The so6p had 2 sons, 1 was gifted with the sages eyes, the other his body, the elder son had generatons of kids which eventually turned into the Uchiha, the sage also made all the jinchuruki from the juubi and he could control them wth his eyes, so the elder son could obviously do the same cos he had the so6p eyes, whch also allows the Uchiha to do the same, there's your answer.
