You assume all uchiha can copy 1000 jutsu, or even has the intellectual sense to use the sharingan in such a manner.
That's why I said 90% because there's not very many elite uchiha.

Kakashi is stronger than pretty much any elite Uchiha, there are only a couple of known Uchiha stronger than him.

Kakashi was warding off Obito's genjutsu, so clearly no issues there.

Well intelligence doesn't always mean a for sure win.. ( I try not to overlook intelligence but i do sometimes) Most characters are dumb with lots of power & have rivals or enemies that have a far superior intellect than the one with power.
Those with intelligence usually underestimate their stupid rival or enemy an is why most or if not all the time they lose the final war of a situation/scenario but win many battles because of their superior intellect..

Naruto has executed tactics that have helped him against high tiers and god tiers but we all know he's not the sharpest tool in the shed. :lol Battle tactics are less intelligence and more moveset. The intelligence is useless if you don't have the move set and power to execute your plan.

Not always. Not have clones and didn't know how to use the properly until Kakashi showed him. Also Naruto is unpredictable.

They're equal in power. Sasuke is more intelligent, versatile, & skilled. He's overall the superior fighter. Them tieing in a battle doesn't change that. In the categories that make a great fighter - he excels in more of them.
