Hinata isn't powerful because if she was; she would've done something against Toneri tenseigan cloak rather then relying on Naruto but instead she's done nothing more but a back up supporter giving naruto some chakra even needed Naruto help to destroy tenseigan. So even with Hamura charkra she wasn't nearly impressive. Also it becomes such a non-factor after the Last that Hinata no longer posses Hamura chakra which makes me think it's filler despite knowing Kishi makes a statement about being "canon" but the fact is the whole concept of "tenseigan" and Hinata with "hamura chakra" was never Once brought up after Naruto the Last just like what all fillers does.

If it was such a factor we would've seen the whole fight with Hinata vs Momoshiki and Hamura chakra could've been displayed during the battle. Instead it was skipped and doesn't mentioned anything referring to the Last.



The only reason why Hinata is such important character is all because she's boruto mother thats that.
