Why is Hidan so underrated?

hes not under rated in terms of still being alive but his actual powers are ..
and btw tobi is in akatsuki and hes alive as well as black zetsu
and btw i heard hiddan can only keep living as long as he keeps killing people something he obviously cant do under ground so hes probs dead by now
