why is everyone claiming Naruto lost his Senjustu of six paths power?

First of he never lost it just because he never used it in the last movie. If they let naruto use it that would be stupid and making that transformation not even fun waiting for it in the anime.

The second time naruto used it was when he fought sasuke. For more after everything finish the sage of six paths was gone naruto was still able to use the senjustu of six paths power. If naruto able to deactivate it and activate it why would you people claim he lost it?

As long as naruto can use sage mode he can always use senjustu of six paths. Its a technique of natural energy and charka.

Its like saying naruto can't use senjustu of six paths here like few hours after he deactivated it.

That's because the chakra handed to kakashi never merged with him. As I have mentioned before, the manga shows that some individuals are more capable of blending and merging their chakra with that of tailed beasts than others. I already used hogoromo as an example but I will also use the gold and silver bros.

The gold and silver bros. ate kurama's flesh, kurama is basically a sapient mass of chakra that has form, therefore what the gold and silver bros. ate was in essence chakra. However, despite them not being jinchuriki, they posses the ability to regenerate the chakra of the kyuubi after use. Why is that? This is because the chakra has merged with them.

The same is true for naruto and hogoromo . Both of them are individuals whom tailed beast chakra has become a part of them. They are pseudo jinchuriki

If Naruto lost his RSM then Sasuke wouldn't have his Rinnegan. After all it too is chakra from the Juubi (a bijuu) Like others said. Naruto was simply nerfed for plot purposes of the movie. If he did use RSM in the movie he probably would have done like Sasuke did as in show up do one attack and destroy land-busting jutsu with little effort.

I assumed they said he lost it because one of Toneri's attacks blew some of Naruto's chakra out and destroyed it, however Naruto is supposedly flying in the movie and he has to have Rikodou chakra for that.

Naruto didn't lose RSM. But there's no need to be rustled.

There are only four possibilities for Naruto not using RSM -

1. He didn't need to use it because the villain was fodder (which doesn't agree with the build up for the villain)

2. Kishi hadn't fully designed or even conceived of RSM when The Last characters were being developed

3. He lost it (if true, he should have lost it prior to his fight with Sasuke)

4. The inconsistency is Kishi's way of letting his readers know The Last isn't really canon

Naruto losing it is the least likely scenario.
