I'm a little mixed here and looking at it in several angles.
Yes, right off the bat and even now, I believe what he said was none-constructive, belittling and alienating to the only ones who still care about him, who saved him several times, who taught him jutsus and who went against the decree to kill him. I honestly wanted either Naruto or even Sakura to punch him as soon as he told Kakashi to shut up, as I myself was wanting to lols.
However, you have to try to understand all his aspects. Clearly he blames the past generations for all the wars and the current one, as well as the massacre, including possibly Kakashi's generation. Kakashi always lectured him on revenge and impatience as well and he was more or less doing the same thing here, which probably made Sasuke believe he was belittling or underestimating him.
He's also incredibly focused on the battle as he's made apparent to Naruto to pay attention a few times, is freaked out by IT and probably doesn't wish to involve much unnecessary chit chat or bystanders. I believe it was made clear based on he helping Sakura several times in this war that he cares, but like he's always been, doesn't like to involve his emotions in things because he believes they're a weakness and a diversion to his goals and fights. In a way, Madara's downfall in this chapter is a paradox to that since as you could see, he was drunk with happiness and victory and lost focus, reason and objectivity. Just looking at his hallow eyes, you could see he had more or less lost his mind.
Then of course, though it's harsh and annoying for me to say, in the end, he is more or less right. Kakashi has lost his Kamui and Sakura was unable to touch Madara even with her strength of one thousand regenerative abilities and strength. Neither of them possess Hagoromo's power, nor senjutsu, doujutsus or other kinjutsus of equal measure. With this, you could interpret that he was trying to get the point across rather than debating about it, though yes, he was a jerk about it lols and in the end, as we saw with the alliance helping to defeat Obito, no one is useless.
Of course, the whole thing could also be further foreshadowing for his antagonism, just like he not revealing his plans and wanting to destroy the juubi, bijuus and all.
