Why is bleach so terrible?

I recently checked out a manga book and wad-aha know.... it's bleach. I checked out volume 21, and I have to say the fighting scenes SUCK, there're not draw out, they usually don't have a background the writer is just plain lazy with drawing bleach in general. I'm not a hater, but can anyone give a logical description as to why this is?

Bleach is not terrible. Your opinion is your opinion. If you don't like it, don't watch it or read it, simple.
Just because the volume you picked up has short fight scenes and bad artwork doesn't mean the whole series does. I think a lot of the confusion will be cleared if you tell us what volume you picked up and maybe we can troubleshoot it for you.

Bleach is not terrible. Your opinion is your opinion. If you don't like it, don't watch it or read it, simple.

I don't think it's a problem, just re-read chapters 179-187 you'll see where i'm getting at.

Well people's opinions on manga are obviously subjected to the experiences they have with each one, however who are you to say what manga is terrible? I personally enjoy watching Bleach just as much as Naruto and am, depending on the previous chapter's conclusion, just as excited for Bleach as I am for Naruto. The fact they are both released around the same time help too.

Regarding the particular volume you read. Volume 21, if I'm not mistaken, is around the same time Ishida gets his powers back and was a relatively quiet point in the manga. Most of the enjoying moments that I find are during conflicts. In fact the most recent arc of Bleach, the Thousand Year Blood War arc, has been the most entertaining so far and in my opinion has seen better fights then most of the battles I've seen in the whole Naruto Ninja War currently underway (excluding Madara's and Tobi's fights).

Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that:
What makes you the judge of what manga / anime is terrible? Different people like different things.
The Volume you mentioned in OP was a quiet point in the Bleach manga.
Bleach's most current arc has seen better action then most of the current Naruto Ninja War.

Also remember, I enjoy both Naruto and Bleach equally.

Well i think reason is that he didn't have people to do the backgrounds yet, after all he was just starting out. And bear in mind Bleach wasn't a juggernaut success back then, but it does become alot better if you read the later ones.

I read Bleach up until Kuro fight with the demons, and i thot wow, if u cud killed the Death Reaper urself, then maybe they're out of job and turned to be good guys. I really dont get along with the plot, i cant understand it.

Not really, Bleach is a great Manga in my eyes specially the last Arc we're on. Just like you there are some people who find One Piece terrible or Naruto so at the end of the day it's all about the person's interest and your interest isn't in Bleach my friend.
