Why is Black Zetsu Still Smiling?

Dammit now I am annoyed this guy even when he's should be shrugging or mad he just keeps smiling as if everything is going as planned.. so now why is he always smiling? Ever since he got Obito's body the smiles could never stop.

First I thought becaus he got ahold of rinnengan but even in recent chapter he was still smiling even without it.
