Why is Anime considered lazy animation?

I don't know why Anime is considered a lazy form of art. Most animated series do start off a bit sluggish but once the series gets the hang of the drawings it's pretty fluid. Naruto and the tailed beats fight was epic, or the fight between Ichigo and Ginjo


The mouth movement doesn't bother me, since people don't normally mouth every single word they sound out when they talk in normal conversation cause it just looks awkward

FPS doesn't bother me in normal conversation since well...it doesn't need to be dynamic(fighting wise a few frames of drawing won't cut it)

Really gesticulations and frequent mouth movements are just plain awkward so overall I think anime is animated pretty well

Who the hell makes this claim? I'll be damned if I ever see animators here in the States create visuals half as good as anything Japan's dished out in the past thirty years.

To your concern, though, Naruto's an easy one to understand, cause it's been out for over a decade and technology gets better. Most other series are a lot shorter and are pretty balanced out because of that, so the animation ends up being great or sloppy throughout.
