Why I'm slightly disappointed with the powerscaling of this Arc.

1) Juubi-jins should have had their techniques boosted by the insane chakra levels of the Juubi. For example Madara should be able to spam massive fire jutsus and massive shinra tensei's etc. This would make more sense and would be easier to powerscale than just give the Juubi-jin onmyoudon etc.

Naruto's kyuubi chakra enhanced his natural abilities and techniques in part 1 and early part 2. I mean how cool would it be to see Naruto use the Kyuubi chakra and create like 10000 Kage Bunshin or something like that.

2) At the start of the series the Kyuubi was introduced as a force of nature, and now he is basically a pet compared to the likes of Madara and Hashirama. The kyuubi is supposed to be the biggest part of the Juubi (the origin of all chakra) but it seems Hashirama has more chakra than it...

3) Hashirama was shown to create a wooden bhudda that dwarfed the Kyuubi, yet he supposedly died in battle? This just doesn't make sense to me.

4) Also there was no need to make Kaguya stronger than the Juubi-jin SO6P. She could have achieved her goals and stopped war with a power close to your average Kage. I mean no one else in the world had chakra. Making her stronger than a Juubi jin who is already way stronger than Hashirama who is already ridiculously strong compared to Kage level shinobi just feels unnecessary.

It's difficult to explain in words but I feel a little let down by this arc. Don't get me wrong I still love Naruto and will continue reading/watching to the end but I just get the feeling that almost any fan could have advised Kishi and it would have been handled better, it just doesn't feel very consistent.

1. Completely agree. Obito's and Madara's performance as the Juubi Jin has been lackluster. Sure it's been powerful and strong but it seems almost... Forced. I too felt that becoming the jinchuuriki would lead to these large scales attacks but we're simply getting onmyoudon and it's almost as if they can do nothing else besides this and massive TBB. It seems the techniques are more potent than powerful but it hardly seems thrilling considering these guys are supposed to be in control of what's considered to be a God. It hardly seems godly.

2. Agree here too. I think it's so strange that this portion of a God pretty much gets owned by these mortals but I guess that's descendants of the Sage for you.

3. I want to know how Hashirama died so bad -_-

4. Agreed here too, there was no reason to really bring this up but maybe it foreshadows something else. Perhaps the fruit will spawn and we'll get a glimpse of Kaguya's power.

In the beginning(part 1 and 2), tailed beasts were supposed to be uncontrollable massive chakra beings. But now,they are nothing more than pets that are getting fodderised by almost everyone.

I guess I could agree but Kishi wants Hashirama and Madara to be stronger than Naruto and Sasuke at this point in the manga. Things will change later on though.

He could have possibly got ambushed or his abilities somehow diminished. They need to explain his death though.

Kaguya was made so powerful so that people can't say that Kishi only makes weak female characters.

1)Why are you so hung up on power scaling in a manga that likes to use strategy to overcome tough opponents? Anyway, Since when were you under the impression that the Juubi Jins can only use onmyouton…Madara is just testing out his new powers and Obito was more focused on ridding himself of the alliance as quickly as possible so he could cast his Tsukuyomi(he was never one to play around using jutsu he didn’t need anyway...and for not using Kamui, wasn't Kakashi still in that dimension)
2) Did you forget the fact that Yang Kurama and Naruto having been constantly using vast amounts of chakra for an extended period of time until they ran out and that yang Kurama borrowed chakra from yin Kurama…so no, I don’t think hashirama has as much chakra as Kurama…
3) Jeez NB stop with the Abc/Dbz/Op/Bleach shiz…There is a thing called ‘strategy’ that the Naruto verse characters use to take down guys they couldn’t normally defeat…remember hidans secret jutsu, Diedara’s nano bombs, Kabuto’s mokuton stopping poison, Jiraiya getting drugged by Tsunade, Muu’s invisibility presence erasing jutsu, Dust release, Lava release, Diedara’s c4 bomb, Hidden mist Jutsu, Kitsuchi’s Mountain smash jutsu, Kirin, The fact that Hashirama is not a sensor (ambushing, ganged upon by armies, Traps(Konan ocean of exploding tags/Tobirama’s continuous exploding tags), The fact that as long as they come at it’s back a ninja could probably run up the giant statue…It doesn’t make sense because you refuse to use your brain(no offense but…)
4) If Kaguya was that weak, then there would be no excuse for her sons to be able to stand up to the juubi by themselves… you mean make fanfiction canon? Never!

1. I agree. Jin Madara should be able to Almighty Push the rest of the Shinobi Alliance into the dirt, jump in the air and rain Great Flame Annihilation hell upon them, or squash them all with meteors.

2. Hashirama didn't have more chakra than Kurama, to our knowledge. You don't have to drain Kurama of his chakra to beat him, though. And Tsukuyomi is one of the most powerful Genjutsu in existence, so it shouldn't have been too hard for Madara to control Kurama.

3. Once again, I agree. SM Hashirama could off arguably beat Edo-Madara (if he wasn't trolled so hard) in a straight-up fight (no prep for Madara). This same guy just mysteriously died of an unknown cause? I don't believe it.

4. She wasn't. It's best to ignore all of the wank for her. She probably was only top-tier Kage level, but her power was god-like compared to the Fuedal Japan-esque Narutoverse then.
