Is the whole shinobi world not working together? Did naruto not decide to take the burden of all the worlds hate? Are all the kage and their respective country men/women not behind naruto?

We already know how they will be saved from IT. Also, you are making a lot of assumptions. Do you really think that Sasuke is qualified to decide for the rest of the world how peace will be attained? You seem to not realize that Sasuke is only thinking of himself (and I guess Itachi to some extent). It has been made very clear that the ideal catalyst for the establishment of peace is Naruto. If Sasuke really cared about anyone other than himself, he would leave it in Naruto's hands.
Yeah Sasuke only cares about himself which is why he wants to attain peace for everyone,which is why he fought to save everyone from IT,which is why he wants to changed the messed up Shinobi world and System so nothing like this happens again,he deosn't care about anyone which is why he wants to become Hokage and attain peace.He didn't ever care about anyone which is why he wanted to avenge his families deaths.

I think that Sasuke is right to want a revolution. I just don't like how he is going about it. It is very Indra of him to want to take control from the people by force. He is repeating the same mistake that all of his predecessors made. That was made clear when he stated that he didn't care what the others think about him wanting to be Hokage. He isn't asking, he is telling.
Nobody wants a dictator in the Narutoverse and they won't simply accept him as their leader. Naruto has won the admiration of the world and achieved something no other person has ever done. The alliance of all nations. His goal for revolution is just but he needs to rethink how it should be achieved. He should care what others think and win their approval. Also it is a bit cowardly to kill the 5 kage while they are under IT. Maybe he'll think a bit differently after him and Naruto exchange fists.
You assume he wants to forcefully rule over everyone cause he deosn't care what Kiba,Shino,Shikamaru etc think? Why should he? They don't know what he knows the truth about his family,how they were killed off by the Goverment and the truth hidden away.They have question before why Sasuke is doing what he's doing,why didn't he return to the village after he defeated Itachi etc.
They don't know the truth or undertand him why should he care what they think at this piont?And killing the Kages now is the quickest and easiet way to do it.He could solo them when they're awake but why when he can kill them now?
