[Discussion] Why i want Kid vs Luffy

lets be honest BB isn't a badass,seeing Kidd vs Luffy is a better ending for me

Another reason:
Don't understimate Kidd becuase his powers are related to Magnetism(Magnetism is really overpowered,lets be honest his powers are very haxxed)Remember this.

Kidd's powers may be more haxxed than Law's lets be honest here...

Ive always wondered if luffy will have a competitor for pirate king, and i dont mean BB, but a real competitor for king, someone whos worthy like luffy, but has a different way of getting there(violence, like kidd) I think Kidd wil be luffys real rival for pirate king,

I also believe Kids real name isnt. Eustas(last name) Kidd(first name).... But instead when its said in the order of first name than last name. its Kid(d) Eustass aka first name is Kid (the second d in kid is really the D. initial) (and his last name) Eustass

So... Kid D. Eustass

making him another worthy D whos only differnt than luffy because hes ok with violence.

at the end of the story will be two worthy D. pirate king candidates, Kidd and alliance vs Luffy and alliance. just speculation tho.

Kidd is a Psychopath becuase he gets easily pissed-off (for no reason and kills people).
As far as i know Oda stated that.
Psychopath as a rival for P.K sounds nice

Agreed. Luffy is like roger, law is like white beard, and Kidd will be like shiki who remember had roger cornered but roger had voice of all things. Also, if law is like whitebeard, then I don't think he's too intersted in the one piece. I men's his main goal was to kill do doflamingo. Doffys going to impel down. So what now.

You are right about the name order in Japanese culture but what I'm saying is Oda seems to have characters with names based on English people in English order. For example WB's name is never written as Newgate Edward it's always Edward Newgate, Edward clearly being his first name and Newgate his family name. BB his named Marshall Teach and both of these are based on an English person in real life. Kid is based on an English pirate as well so I'm thinking his name is supposed to be just as it's read Eustass first Kid family. That would follow the trait so far. And I always figured Robin's first name was Nico as well. I should have started the last post with I think because I'm not sure but it just seems weird if WB's first name was Newgate.

Too bad BB vs Luffy makes more literary sense, has more build-up, and BB is plenty badass himself. Come back to me when Kidd makes the WG, Marines, New World and Whitebeard Pirates his *****, becoming a Yonko, all in the span of less than a year.

Yeah from a power standpoint it'll end up being like that. I've read theories of Smoker obtaining a new weapon from Vegapunk's lab and him getting a DF awakening at some point in the future.

There's a lot of stuff Oda can do with smoke. Depending on how scientific he wants to be, it can be really OP.
