Why I think Tobi may be either Obito, his consiousness, or someone using his body

Before latest chapters I didnt thought Tobi was Obito, I always saw it as a bullshit idea. But after revealed it wasnt Madara and the constant development of the chapter, it seems it may actually be it at least for me.

Why? Well aside, that his sharingan appears to have very similar abilities to Kakashi, is because Itachi actually said who Tobi is, not evil incarnated per se, yes he is darkness but he became so he wasnt always that way, according to Itachi Tobi is what Naruto would be if he ever twisted. This is an interesting concept for me, becuase it appears Tobi has some twisted good intentions, when Minato asked him his motives he simply said "Its funny, to bring a war, to start peace" so even if he has darker intentions behind, there was no reason to lie to Minato in that respect, it is clear that indeed peace is one of his objectives albeit a very dark version of twist and possibly behind there are dark motives.

So basically Tobi seems to be a guy who wants peace but thinks no one else is capable of achieving it and that he must do it alone, and doesnt gives a shit about anyone else's opinion, because he alone can do it according to him.

If we look on Kakashi's Gaiden we see Obito's character was exactly equal to Naruto. So maybe Madara rescued him and turned him into an apprentice or something.

You may ask "Why would Obito would attack the Shinobi World?"

Again, this is a twisted version of Naruto, he isnt attacking per se, he thinks he is doing everything for the greater good and that he is the greater good, that he is the only way to peace and will do it alone. This of course added that these ideas and concepts would be developed by Madara when Obito was his apprentice and that maybe he felt betrayed that his friends never cared to retrieve his body as Madara came to him first.

He may not be Obito per se, but his consiousness or something.

The fatal flaw is that Obito is not old enough to have masterminded the 9 Tails incedent when Naruto was born. And it is unlikely that Madara had a chance to meet Obito because when Obito died, the Third Hokage was in power and Hashirama and Tobirama were dead. I find it hard to believe that Madara outlived either of them so thoroughly. Obito cannot be Tobi because he's not old enough.

I know, I just wanted to post my point of why I think its Obito. Because in all other theories everything you see is "lolz because their hair is equal" and never answer what could be the reason Obito wants to destroy the leaf.

My theory is that he was twisted by Madara who saved him because was in need of an apprentice, then told him the story about Uchihas, Senjus etc.

He didnt masterminded it, Madara did, Obito simply carried it out and yet he failed, he lacked the experience for such a thing. At least this is what I think. Remember long haired Madara spoke to Itachi, so its possible he was the real one and was actually alive by the time of the fox attack and Uchiha slaughter.

Because he was twisted by Madara somehow, who wanted to shape him into the perfect apprentice, even going to the lenght of assuming the identity of Madara so perfectly. Maybe he felt betrayed that no one really cared to retrieve his body and was left to rot below the rock while Madara actually saved him or something.

Also the Minato attack would be perfect, it would be the best way for Madara to test if his appretice up to the job, sent him to destroy Konoha and fight the master whom he loved and respected. Then Madara died some time afterwards.

"Long haired Madara" was Tobi. Itachi is even younger than Obito. So "Madara" was Tobi, and never would have met Obito to have used him as a pawn. It's too long for Madara to have survived. He would have been too old. Hashirama and Tobirama were dead, and Madara couldn't have outlived them by long enough to have done this.

Tobi's body is basically entirely made of Zetsu goo, whatever happened to him requried to replace an entire body, and he has bandages and other shit. He really looks crippled. Madara could have saved Obito with Zetsu somehow.

To disregard the opinion of everyone and think he can and must do everything by himself. So maybe Obito simply thinks the world cant manage peace by themselves and only through his methods can it be done.
