Why I think Tobi isn't an Uchiha

Izanagi and Izanami can be used by a Sharingan user.

Tobi stated that it can only be used if you possess both Uchiha and Senju powers.

But Itachi said that Izanagi and Izanami can be used by an Uchiha.

So why did Tobi needed to possess Senju cells (Hashirama's) if he was an Uchiha?

it might be looking at the way he has kept a stock of sharingan eyes and is always shown with his sharingan so he might be a member of senju or uchiha clan with lot of chakra to keep his sharingan active for so long
