Why I think Rock lee is Faster than Raikage

Lee owned Madara partly because Naruto passed Kurama's chakra to him... but still I agree that he is one of the most underrated characters. I think in terms of base speed, Lee is not faster than the raikage. However he probably is faster than Ay when he opens the fifth gate.

First off, the Raikage is the fastest ninja. Minato is not "faster", it is just he can teleport. Lee is definatly not faster than Raikage. Gaara did not need Shikaku to beat Lee, since he did not use it.

Rock lee doesn't even have a 5 in the databook for speed. I don't understand why people are using the Gaara vs Lee fight. The databook tells me that Lee only had a speed of 4 back then. Itachi is actually faster than Lee according to the databooks.

& yes he did use Shikaku because Gaara now is more Leveled & not full of anger which he got from the Shikaku.

I think so too, but i think Raikage and some other fast characters are still faster than him just without the weights. But if Lee opens up the gates, he is the fastest
