Why I think Orochimaru is stronger than Itachi

How can you argue against a scan of Oro himself straight up saying Itachi is stronger than him? You cant, but you can argue just for the sake of arguing.

Even healthy Oro has nothing against sick Itachi. Itachi has solid defenses and Oro gets soloed by Genjutsu. Tsuyuomi, Yata, etc...

3. It doesn't matter if he has multiple curse marks and can come back. He can't physically do it himself and someone has to unseal him. If he is killed and is just kinda waiting inside a curse mark, it still removes the immediate danger that he poses and hell, if nobody revives him ever then he STAYS inactive and is essentially dead. All Itachi would have to do at that point is hunt down anybody that has his curse marks (lol, since Kimmimaro, Anko and Part I/early Shippuden Sasuke were the only ones to have it that were actually somewhat strong, that's laughable) and kill them and essentially removes the threat of Orochimaru forever.

There are actually thousand of Orochimaru expirements with the curse mark, so you cant just hunt them down...And Orochimaru doesnt need anyone to unseal him from the curse mark, just look at the Sasuke VS Itachi fight. He came out there after Sasuke was weakend and couldnt suppress him anymore. You remember when Kakashi had to seal the curse mark, but it still got broken?
And i dont think the other curse mark holders are strong enough to suppress it, although its kind of confusing and we dont know exactly how it works so...

No, but we know that he gathers information trough his curse marks, which means he has multiple "minds", so he can just come out of another body if his main body gets trapped. Also what can Itachi do when Orochimaru is in genjutsu? He cant physically destroy his body. And sealing wouldnt work with all the remaining curse marks.

Although I don't 100% agree with the OP, if Orochimaru was at 100% with all of his arsenal, prep (wich is his forte) and remembered not to make eye contact he COULD beat Itachi but it would be in no way certain.

Not to mention preventing eye contact

First of all: nope. Fodder is all, next to Itachi. He negged Oro the psuedo-sage as a child... no dif.

Second: make up your mind... but either way your still wrong. He was reborn in a new body.. before being sealed by Itachi. so fail. Plus you cant excape tsukyomi unless allowed to except for uchihas apparently. So fail again.
