why i think minato>tobirama

I doubt it minato is missing a key thing justu.yeah he has ftg and yeah he has rasengun but how will he get close to him get to tobirama to put a seal him and I beliece water shockwave could blow the kunai way from himself and yu cant used the he has alot of uzumaki sealing justu until yu can name them Im not believing there that impressive

What makes you think he didn't have any elemental jutsu I mean seriously we aren't talking about some 3rd rate try hard wannabe shinobi of course he had elemental jutsu. We just haven't seen him use it don't forget he was trying to comlete his rasengan by adding his elemental jutsu to it the same as what Naruto did with RS.
