Why I think Hashi is better than 3rd raikage?

Hashirama went against full nine tails with ems madara and was able to tanked 10 bijuu damas with his shin senju

3rd raikage went against 8 tails but would have been killed or injured with that bijuu dama of gyuki if you consider that he can die if he fight with 10000 shinobis.

So, I think hashirama is a better ninja than 3rd raikage.

For those who haven't figured it out yet, the "10,000" shinobi that the 3rd supposably fought is an exaggeration.

The whole shinobi alliance tops out at around 80,000 between how many Nations??? and lets not forget about the samurai.
