Naruto has always been about raw power. He counters opponents jutsu by blasting through them, running around them, or foolish them with Kagebunshins.
However, Naruto has a fair amount of diversity in terms of what he can actually do.
Let's look at Naruto's utility:
1. Chakra Cloaks - Can make the most of his massive chakra reserves by lending his power to his friends; this fits squarely with the theme of his character, that his own power is his friends' power, and vice-versa. The chakra cloaks also link Naruto's main chakra to everyone, which worked brilliantly alongside Hiraishin, but could have other applications.
2. Sensory Powers - Naruto is arguably the best sensory ninja in the manga, mixing emotion-sensing with Sage Mode's ability to sense presences and predict incoming attacks. He can use this skill to help his teammates become more aware of the enemy's presence.
3. Healing - Recently, Naruto has become the most powerful healer in the manga, even though he has always been able to heal his own wounds (likely a combination of his Uzumaki life force and Kurama's chakra). Naruto has become able to protect his friends from seemingly any injury.
4. Scouting - Naruto can use his clones to assist multiple battlefields at the same time, and can gain intel for himself of his comrades. When Naruto entered the war, he effectively spread his massive chakra reserves across the entire war via Kagebunshins, lending S-class power to every battlefield. He also became aware of Madara's revival and the current battle situation, even though his main body was occupied facing Obito.
5. Sage Orbs - With his new Ashura Mode, Naruto has access to the malleable Sage Orbs, which can act as floating platforms or durable walls.
6. Chakra Arms - Not only do these make Naruto an even more formidable close/mid-range fighter, but they can also quickly grab comrades, pulling them out of harm's way. Naruto has saved quite a few people with these.
7. Flight - Naruto is one of a handful of shinobi gifted with the power to fly; the fact that he can have a Kagebunshin hold three teammates in the air with Chakra Arms is testament to the usefulness of this ability.
8. Bijuu/Ashura Mode - When Naruto was able to become the Kyuubi, his Bijuu Mode was unique in that his teammates could enter it. It is likely that he still has the power to enter into a non-Bijuu "Chakra Mecha Mode" like Ashura's, so this power can probably still be counted among Naruto's utility feats.
9. Sealing Jutsu - Obviously this is a new power, and is borrowed from Shukaku (and Hagoromo). Still, Naruto is able to provide a powerful Sealing Jutsu; he no longer relies on others to help him permanently defeat an Edo Tensei opponent.
Anyway, those are some of Naruto's utility powers. They obviously are all related to the type of chakra is handling (Bijuu chakra / Senjutsu), and are not "Jutsu" per say. Still, I think Naruto is one of the most diverse Shinobi in the series, even if he only uses Kagebunshins / Rasengan variants when he fights.
