You either...

1. Have people in your ignore list, which prevents their rep from being shown.

2. NB has a new glitch, thus we have to wait for the Admins to fix it.

I have the same problem, where all of my recently received/given rep was cleared on my User CP.
I think it's just because of NB's technical issues, which most likely reset the 'Latest Reputation Given/Received'.

I wouldn't worry about it, tbh. Your rep power and rep points will still remain intact.
