Amaterasu alone can take down any woood release jutsu hashirama throw at him and blaze release can be use to spread the flame or manipulate the flame to do more damages.Itachi Amaterasu can expand to the size of sasuke great fire balll jutsu.This show how effective amaterasu could be on large object.

A jutsu like buddha 1000 hands can be taken down by kirin which it lightning nature power .

sasuke and madara are two different people.Younger generation surpass older generation.Sasuke have more elemental and proficiency advantage (Amaterasu and Lightning) than madara to take down Hashirama

well when you put it like this then yes, but you have to remember hashirama has more battle expirence, especially with uchiha. As much as i like sasuke i'd say he needs a few more years before he can take on hashirama; though i'd love for him to kill that punk ass tobirama

Kirin takes a lot of prep time which doesn't matter since the buudha is way bigger then kirin.Kirin did not destroy the entire mountain it ravaged the top of it.The buudha eclipses that entire battlefield.

Certain wood is heat resistant all hashirama has to do is keep pumping chakra into it and with sage mode he will almost never run out of a chakra source since the very earth is what drives his mokuton to get stronger.Madaras katon was a on way bigger scale so if his can't burn down hashirama mokuton neither is sasukes.

Pointing out that water conducts electricity doesn't mean he will win.You think hashirama will douse himself in water and sit and wait to be struck by chidori ?

the flower use it spore to make it oponent sleep.It can be easy counter by susano cover with amaterasu
The amaterasu will burn all the spore that came near sasuke.Sasuke should be able to see the spore because it make up of chakra (similar to dediara mimi bombs)

Excuse me, but have you seen Madaras Susanoo? You state that Sasuske can, with amaterasu, burn down hashis wood then it'll dissapear...
The raw destruction power of Madaras susanoo can obliverate mountains? i believe that this technique is alot more efficient cutting down hashis wood than amaterasu + Do you believe that his wood techniques are done for just because of amaterasu?
He could just cut of the hitten wood jutsu and create another one.
THEN it is a battle of chakra reserves, which i believe hashi wins.

the fact that amaterasu and lightning can't defeat a piece of wood is silly. but anyway, kishi said that naruto and sasuke are growing equally stronger together. and as naruto will become stronger than hashirama, it's obvious that sasuke will become stronger than madara and hashirama too. so he would defeat hashirama if they fought in the future
