Well that's up for Kishi to decide. Also, if Sasuke still wants to destroy Konoha, do you really think that Hashirama is going to allow that?

Cause if Sasuke were to fight Hashirama after their conversion, Sasuke would be destroyed and he can't die until the end of the series.

But I do agree that Naruto and Sasuke should fight, but how it will build up to that point, only Kishi knows.
