I have this well developed theory of why sasuke might help naruto in his fight with madara. Without changing sasuke's idea of fighting naruto and destroying Konoha..

FIRST SOME FACTS>>
1. Sasuke revived Orochimaru to ask him something.. (we still not sure what, if he referst to him as the man that knows what a clan is, what a village is... all that or if it has to do with the scroll that seigustus found out).. But overall he wants to learn something from him..
2. Orochimaru was one of Danzo's main men, Oro might know about the Uchiha massacre.. now is on his best interest to tell sasuke about Itachi and the Uchiha.. back then whe sasuke was training with him, he did not mention someting about
the Massacre because it was on his interest to make sasuke have a goal, a purpose for him to become stronger and stronger..
3. Obito/Tobi played a role in the Uchiha massacre.. when sasuke ask Itachi who was his accomplise that he cound not alone take on the whole Uchiha clan itachi stated that it was Uchiha Madara.. Obiously Tobi/Obito..
HERE MY Theory:
Orochimaru is goint to ask sasuke about what he has learned so far and what are his new goals.. Then sasuke is going to tell him all.. then, sasuke is going to ask him how Uchiha clan was, what was so special about Konoha that Itachi died to protect.. Orochimaru is going to tell him all he learned, all about danzo, all that happens in the shadows, and what happens out in the public..
Sasuke is going to ask him about the Uchiha Massacre.. then orochimaru is going to tell him what he knew about obito/tobi role in the massacre,
Sasuke is going to learn how Obito bretrayed the clan, how Obito choosed to betrayed the clan, he was not ordered to do soo and still he didnt care only about his Moon-plan.. How he attacked Konoha using the kyuubi and leaving the Uchiha as the main suspects of the attack..
This makes sasuke mad, really mad.. how Obito/Tobi betrayed his caln willing to do so..
Sasuke learns that the real madara is fighting Naruto and somehow blames madara for also betraying the clan.. leaving the Uchiha, abondonig his clan, where later they became target because of the Kyuubi incidented.. if madara where there or had a left a student or someone to became the head of the Uchiha to protect him..
Sasuke goes to where Naruto is fighting madara and tells Naruto to step aside.. that it was this fuccker's fault that the Uchiha lost thier honor and how he abondon them to Konoha to judge them.. he takes on madara solo then sees that he needs the help of naruto and both of them somehow work together to kill Madara to finish him, but this will not change the fact that he still targets Konoha destruction and the purification of the clan.. he wants to get ridd off all the trash and the past of the Uchiha, to start from scratch..
Sasuke might also want to kill Madara and Obito because they have Gedo-Mazo chakra and Senju DNA, He wants to purify the clan and get ridd of this two pieces of SHIITT
