WHY I believe Sasuke has Rinnengan in one eye

I believe he has Rinnengan in one eye because he has the Uchiha DNA within him but he lacks the Senju DNA that the Sage had. So one eye has awoken the altered Rinnengan while the other stayed the same for EMS usage, he requires both halves of his descendants power (SO6P)to awaken it in both eyes.
