Your wrong, based on hype Tobirama or the four hokages > Kakashi.
They are said to be the strongest zombies apart from Madara.
Just because they haven't gotten panel time doesn't mean they aren't strong.
Kishimoto is saving them for the epic fight of the century.

I agree that Minato is better than them. but about the student they have Hiruzen who is the strongest Hokage.
So they have a student who is even stronger than both of them and he is even stronger than base Minato.

Minato didn't teach his student that much, they grow stronger on thier own. And minato only rule konoha for a year or 2, compare to the senju bros who not only created the villages and the village system they also have a strong ideal and vision.
Nah he is not a better hokage due to the fact that Hiruzen, Danzo, and other elders seemed to run the village more than he did during his reign
As far as him being a better teacher. He seemed to take the approach of "Learn from your mistakes" which is great but, can cost you your life. As far as his students being OP... Well Kakashi is only where he is today due to Obito giving him the right eye. I'd imagine kakashi would still be strong but no where near where he is now.
1st and 2nd hokage built the ninja system so no way he can out do them

I will agree with you if you can name 1 jutsu that Obito learned from Minato =D
Hashirama and Madara started the village but Hashirama did not really know what to do with it once his dream of the village was accomplished. Tobirama was the best Hokage. He set up most of the systems and infrastructure that still exist in the village today. The Academy, the Chunin Exams, ANBU, and the Police Force were all set up under Tobirama. The Academy helped to prolong the life of the villages children and better prepare them for life as ninja.
Hiruzen was good at training shinobi and keeping the continuity with what Tobirama had set up. Minato died too early after he became Hokage to have many accomplishments as such. Tsunade is still Hokage so to judge her time as Hokage is premature.
The first three Hokage were all called God of Shinobi. But as far as accomplishments as Hokage I would have to say Tobirama did more to set the village on the right path than any of the others.
