Hagoromo's & Hashiram's ideal of true peace eventually came crashing down, simply because it was flawed, while Naruto's ideal of said peace is nothing but a re-make of the original two that have fallen. Here is my reason as to why I agree with Mugen Tsukiyomi: My character, Madara believes that the "only" way to attain true peace is by forcefully taking every shinobi from the shinobi world into an infinite dream where they could all live happily ever after free from any malicious chakra... while most will argue about the fact that; that type of peace is nothing but an illusion... However, the irony is while Mugen Tsukiyomi was infact fallacy it turned out to be more real than any other so called peace in the shinobi world. Reason being that it was all just momentary peace that would have eventually subsided one way or another. Mugen Tsukiyomi would bring about an end to that entirely, it means that it would rob every shinobi of there free will from causing any more darkness while utilizing malicious chakra. Madara knew that this would be the only way to attain "true permanent peace". Deep down humanity craves chaos for the simple fact that it would make things more interesting & that peace would just make things boring. But ask yourselves, wasn't it because of this notion in the first place that there is so much hatred & violence & corruption? Now that they got what they have wanted, they now try to stop the only character in the fictional World of naruto & label him as evil smh. I'd say that they're the ones who are truly evil.

Completely agree, everyone says it's just a temporary illusion but it's not it's a new way of life a new system that your not concious of. If everyone says it's just an illusion then what we're in right now could be an illusion. Is there even a line between what's reality and what's not? I don't think so.

You'd have no idea, that you turned into a zetsu. In the Mugen Tsukuyomi, one isn't conscious. Seeing that it's a dream. Even so, being a zetsu beats being a failed attempt for a human.

Infinite tsukuyomi kills you in the end and turns you into a zetsu clone this plan is just the same as nuking the world and just ending all life as it stands yeah the concept of the idea is great you get to experience your perfect life but if it takes away your life then why not just kill yourself it's the same thing
