I'm not disputing Himawari's feat, I'm just adding context. I acknowledge that she awakened her Byakugan and struck one of Naruto's chakra point but with being said, it wasn't in a combative setting just simply a comedic one so the severity doesn't correspond with the hype your giving it.

The difference is that this (the comedy) happened in a serious or combative settings not a comedic based one like Himawari hitting Naruto.

Again, pay attention to the settings. Sakura destroying her home and passing out at the shock of it was purely comedy based plus it isn't a feat I nor anyone else attributes to the discussion of her abilities becuase she's capable of much more... plus is was based on comedy soley.

I don't care for her atm, but she oneshotted Naruto, thats more then any character has ever done. sasuke couldn't even do that. so if the writers decide to make her a ninja the she will be then strongest kunoich no doubt.

I don't think you understand that this isn't a mere comedic relief. If it weren't for a fact that Naruto was incapacitated for a whole day, then we wouldn't be arguing here.

However Naruto failed to attend to the Hokage inauguration which should highlight his dream as the most important aspect of his character. Yet Kishi really wanted to discard Naruto hokage moments and sacrifice everything to showcase Himawari soloing.

Also the anime made important factor about the tradegy with Himawari which is why it affected Boruto to be really nice to his sister. This tells me her feat holds weight to the story since
both Naruto and Hiashi talked about it.

It’s a comedic moment that also has possible overtones ability about her potential. I have no doubt Himawari has at least powerful eyes. She has a lot of potential in so many areas both as a kunoichi and storywise.

She could become a great Hyuga Shinobi, she could become Kara, she might even be future Boruto’s replacement eye.

Comedy aside, I am interested in seeing if they do anything with her character.

Himawari does have lots of potential however, due to her age and the focus of this manga it is unlikely that she will get any major spotlight and this means that she is unlikely to get any higher power, she will master the hyuuga techniques to the highest level most likely however getting any outstanding power like Hamura is unlike due to the focus of the manga, we probably have more chance of Boruto gaining the tenseigan or something due to him being the main protagonist, but even then i do not think he will get it.

If this was a manga in the further future where Himawari takes the lead then ye possibly, but i do not think she will in this manga.
