Had this for a long ass time, but since I saw the Twin Lion Fists DB entry and some other things, I had to add it into this and post it. Okay, so I see everyone always underrating every Hyūga in nearly every thread they are in, and yes, even Hiashi. The only thing people seem to think he has is an Air Palm which is useless, despite being the head of the clan, thus knowing all the clan's techniques since he is the one who passes them on. This will pretty much cover what the Hyuga clan can do (thus Hiashi), and Hiashi's superiorities in comparison to the rest of the Hyuga. It should be clear by the end of this evaluation that Hiashi's abilities are above the standard Hyuga such as Hinata by 3 times at the least.

- Byakugan's vision is completely un-counterable. Hidden Mist wouldn't work on it since it would see the chakra network rather than chakra flow, has seen through chakra densities as dense as chakra flesh, whereas the Sharingan can only see chakra densities hat are transparent to visible light.

Imagine Juubito is travelling, Hiashi would be capable of tracking his location at all times, since he has all 360 degrees covered, thus trying to keep him in your range would be no problem, ever. This debatably reinforces Kakashi's statement that the Byakugan is superior to the Sharingan in terms ofYou must be registered for see links.

It has the ability to see chakra building up and where it is building up [You must be registered for see links], thus Hiashi will always know when to prepare for a weak Ninjutsu or a strong jutsu, when to prepare for a Shunshin or a Dojutsu ability. This is an extremely beneficial ability, as he can vastly improve his reaction speed by knowing it will happen right when the opponent moulds for it. - The Byakugan gives the user great defensive capability, which is often disregarded. The Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven, or Rotation in simple, is only one of the great defensive capabilities the Byakugan grants, and is utilised excellently by Hiashi. The normal Rotation simply expels chakra from the body and the user rotates in order to deflect incoming attacks, which according to Tenten, makes it superior to Gaara's absolute defence [

When we look at Hiashi, his Rotation is massive compared to others, where he covers an insanely larger area [You must be registered for see links]. Not to mention he kills about 20 people with one Rotation, an immense feat. Another often overlooked part of the Rotation is the fact that it initiates from the user expelling chakra from their body, and only then do they rotate [You must be registered for see links]. The chakra expulsion itself is enough to stop incoming attacks which cannot bypass chakra, which to our knowledge, is enough to stop something like a kunai and a punch. This implies that it can be utilised in a CQC fight, where the Hiashi purposely allows the opponent to make contact with his expelled chakra, his hand gets stopped similarly to how Naruto's was here [You must be registered for see links], and Hiashi counters with a Juken. That's pretty damn haxxed. The rotation itself is also insane, as it not only puts up a pure chakra field around the user, but also spins and therefor nullifies most of the energy by dispersion. This makes a Hyuga nigh unstoppable in CQC no matter how many clones are present, Hyuga's are pretty much the perfect CQC fighters, looking at them in such a way further glorifies Hiashi.
- The same method of chakra expulsion is used in different forms of defence used by the Hyuuga's. For example, another often overlooked ability is to expel chakra instantly from the body in a powerful manner, which is regarded to as a full body gentle fist [

This was also used against Kidomaru's webs [You must be registered for see links], demonstrating its ability to expel and even destroy chakra similarly to gentle fist. Hiashi once again, can replicate this on a larger scale.

Now imagine Hiashi using his own massive chakra, or a similar quantity to the amount of chakra Neji used against Kidomaru, and spinning. He could create an immense shield capable of deflecting nearly any attack due to its dispersive force along with its massive solidified chakra shield.

- Jyuken, or Gentle Fist is extremely versatile, perhaps the most versatile jutsu in the manga. It has been used since part 1 by Neji, and has always had extremely impactful effects. It allows the wielder to shut down the opponents chakra flow [

If you strike with intent to kill, you can do so easily as the organs are situated near some of the chakra coils [You must be registered for see links], so attacking those coils can cause fatal damage. Moreover, the more chakra you input, the more damage you would cause, since you are literally flowing chakra into the opponent [You must be registered for see links]. It destroys chakra based jutsu by inserting chakra into them [You must be registered for see links]. It has also been used in differing ways. For example, Neji used it in a way where two of his fingers would form a sharp needle in above the tip of his fingers [You must be registered for see links].
- The Gentle Fist has no counter other than out-skilling the Jyuken wielder. It isn't possible to defend against, as Kakashi explains it has no effect on the outter body, but rather only the inner body [

Thus, people like the third Raikage are useless against a Hyuga who can bypass his inhuman body and affect him directly regardless. This is further supported when Gentle Fist bypassed Naruto's BM cloak and affected his bone directly [You must be registered for see links][You must be registered for see links], which has some of the greatest durability in the manga. This suggests that its possibilities are limitless, since it doesn't affect the outside or is inhibited by the outside, but rather only affects the inside. This opens up the possibilities of it being capable of destroying virtually any non-Rikudo tier defence, especially when utilised by Hiashi.
- The more chakra inputted to the user, the more damage he takes. Kidomaru had organ damage because Neji inserted a lot of chakra into his body, which then destroyed his organs [

This suggests that using large scale attacks such as Hiashi's Juubi sized Air palm [You must be registered for see links] can kill an opponent with ease, and possibly demolish large constructs such as Susano and other Chakra avatars. And inb4 no speed feats, Neji used a small variant and Kisame failed to dodge it [You must be registered for see links], the same Kisame who was reacting to v1 Bee and dodged a Raiton Pencil from point blank range. This is a small version, now imagine the Juubi sized Air palm used by Hiashi, it's basically impossible to dodge by anyone bar Rikudo tiers and it's basically guaranteed a kill if it has enough force to block the Juubi tail while also using chakra to destroy the enemies organs (or entire body in this case). And yes, it does destroy chakra as shown in the DB4, where the only difference between this and Kaguya's multiple Vacuum palms is power. Thus this ability is in a new league.
- Since Hinata's Twin Lion Fists is taught by the main house to only a select few who have the chakra control to utilise it, Hiashi has it too, as he is the one passing it down as the main family leader.
Thus it increases destructive power andYou must be registered for see linksgreatly, while also giving the attribute of absorbing chakra. By now, it should be making sense that the Hyuga's are the chakra masters, absorbing, destroying, expelling and analysing chakra all due to the Byakugan.. Pretty overpowered, especially knowing the fact that Hiashi's is even bigger and stronger than that.
To sum it up..
Hiashi bolsters an unstoppable Gentle Fist which attacks anything internally disregarding the outside as shown versus BM Naruto and stated by Kakashi. Similarly, he can avoid outside defences by absorbing chakra with his Twin Lion Fists while gaining the chakra himself. He can use a Juubi sized Air Palm which is unavoidable by nearly anyone, making him a Hyuga who can "air palm gg" threads since the Air Palm will crush anything in their path. Hyuga's posses the ability to destroy chakra by inserting chakra, while also forming their chakra to be extremely sharp in order to cut down opponents. Their defence is extremely hard to bypass. They have defences which can either change the trajectory of an attack or simply disperse it. He can expel chakra from his body to become temporarily a contact sensor while also generating a massive shield of chakra. He can stop punches in CQC by simply expelling chakra from a particular place from his body, and then countering. His Byakugan is above anyone's, he can see extremely long distances with it, have vision of his opponent at all times, and react according to chakra in the opponent's body. When combining nigh-absolute perception, nigh-absolute offence and nigh-absolute defence, you have an opponent who is nigh-unstoppable, and that is Hiashi for you.
